This is not a paid review. I have been buying fitness equipment from Johnson fitness for over 20 years simply because they have the best quality fitness products. I bought the Fujiiroki Cyber relax pro 4D which has 86 airbags, has 20 auto programs and 19 massage techniques. There are five levels of back strength/intensity. I’m 63 and found even level one was a bit harsh for me so I use some foam for added padding and I am good to go. The massages are top notch and the chair will stretch you out and decompress your spine; this feature is what sold the chair for me. The glut massage was weak and disappointing but everything else rocks!, so I love the chair. My recommendation Is if you are a senior spend the extra money on the Fujiiyoki JP4000 5D AI as the AI will auto adjust the chair so it is not to intense for you. Also the chair has a massaging pillow but It takes a great deal away from a good neck massage so toss that pillow behind the chair and do a Manual massage and select “Spot” and you will get the best neck massage ever. My favorite sales person is Chris Wellnitz at Burnsville, MN. he talks to you about the product and knows when to listen to you. Outstanding customer service. Respectfully, James OSteen Ret. USN
