The patent pending Force USA C10™ All-In-One Trainer is the first of its kind with a center cable system, six cable connections, and dual 200-degree adjustable upright pulleys that triple your resistance training possibilities.


The center cable system connects two integrated 220-lb weight stacks to two sliding upright pulleys, two upper pulleys, and two lower pulleys for an unmatched, cable-centric, all-in-one gym experience.


The C10 is more than just a Functional Trainer—a lot more. It also combines a Smith Machine, Half Rack, Pull-up, Low Row, Core Trainer, Suspension Trainer, and 90-degree Lat Pulldown Station—in a single Power Rack footprint!

Half Rack

For plate training purists, you can stay true to your roots. The Half Rack is designed for free-weight exercises using an optional barbell, such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. Uprights are made of 2x2 steel with 34 adjustment points and laser etching, making setup a breeze. Pro-grade J-Hooks and Spotter Arms are included for added safety.

Functional Trainer

Sculpt, tone, and transform your entire body with resistance training. Our versatile Functional Trainer sports dual 200-degree rotating pulleys for wider flies, 15 attachments, 34 height settings, a 2:1 cable pulley ratio, and Aircraft-grade cables rated for 2,000 pounds for a smooth, natural feel sure to get your heart pumping.

Smith Machine

Maintain proper form during squats, shrugs, deadlifts, calf raises, pulls, and presses with our integrated Smith Machine. The heavy-duty safeties help you get a full-body workout without requiring a spotter. Easily re-rack the 35-lb knurled Smith bar at any of the 17 attachment points to start your workout at the perfect height. For use with Olympic weight plates. Rated to 772 lbs.

Low Row

A seated low row that takes you places. The Low Row station offers low-impact seated pulls to boost back strength and stamina. Using the two lower cable connection points, select from 1:1 or 1:2 cable pulley ratios to customize the weight of your pulls. The Low Row plate features slip-resistant diamond plating, a 21" x 9" footprint, and a durable, grip-friendly black powder-coated finish.

Chin-up / Pull-up

Reach new heights with the Chin-up / Pull-up Station. Equipped with a multi-grip chin-up bar that's rated for 771 lbs. Provides diverse hand positions such as classic, hammer, wide, narrow, pronated, and under/overhand grips on a thick, knurled bar for improved grip strength, posture, and stabilizing spinal muscles.

Lat Pulldown

Achieving a stronger, sculpted back has never been more natural. The lat pulldown station supports posture and spinal stability, offering a full 90-degree pulldown with optional 1:1 (dual stack) or 2:1 cable ratio (single stack) using the dual upper cable attachment points. Features a Smith bar and foam pad that doubles as a knee brace. Pair it with the included Straight Bar and an optional bench for a complete Lat Pulldown station.

Core Trainer

Boost muscle and mass with the Core Trainer station. This landmine attachment, wide range of upper-body training options when using a barbell (sold separately), including squats, half-kneeling presses, single-arm presses, standing presses, landmine rows, and more.

Suspension Trainer

Defy gravity with the Suspension Trainer and develop core strength, stability, and muscular endurance in a suspended state. Features a dedicated stirrup station compatible with resistance bands from Force USA and other brands, including TRX® (sold separately).

Dip Station (Optional)

Master the art of upper body strength. Develop strength in your chest, shoulders, and triceps using the Multi-grip Dip Handle. Use various grips and widths to increase upper body mass. Adjust vertically on the rack's front and easily attach weight belts or bands for extra resistance. Features a high-grade, environmentally friendly black powder coating for extra durability.

Jammer Arms (Optional)

Unleash explosive power and precision in every lift. Use the optional compact Jammer Arm attachment for Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses, and other explosive exercises. It's finished with a high-grade, eco-friendly black powder coating for added durability.

Leg Press (Optional)

Push your way to perfect legs. The C10 base unit includes a 14' x 22' diamond-plated footplate for horizontal leg presses and hack squats, used with the optional patent-pending C10 Sliding Bench. This innovative bench connects to the weight stacks via cables and targets your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves for isolated leg muscle development.

Leg Developer (Optional)

Never skip leg day again with the optional Leg Extension and Leg Curl attachment, designed to target quads, glutes, and hips. Crafted from durable, high-density, sweat-resistant vinyl and foam, it can be attached to any upright and used with or without a bench.

Preacher Curl (Optional)

Curl with conviction. The C10's optional benches include a Preacher Curl attachment, a valuable exercise to build strength and definition in the forearms and biceps. This durable attachment is made from sweat-resistant vinyl, foam, and eco-friendly powder-coated steel protective covering.
